RETURNS SHIPPING COMPLIANCE POLICY

The following Products may not be authorized to be shipped for returns.

Paints, thinners, certain glues or cements, aerosols or compressed gas canisters,

Sealed Lead Acid batteries, rockets, kits containing rockets without or without igniters,

igniters, hobby fuel (both quart or gallon). Certain sizes of Lithium Ion (Polymer) batteries.

  • No credit will be given on merchandise that has been damaged, abused or partially/improperly assembled by the customer.
  • CONTROL HOBBY DOES NOT ACCEPT THE RETURN OF BATTERIES THAT HAVE BEEN CHARGED OR USED IN ANY WAY
    •The mounting of engines and accessories, running fuel through engines, cutting or pushing out the balsa sheets in kits, and other similar actions constitutes used merchandise.
  • Radios must be returned with unmounted servos and switch harness.
    •If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support Immediately Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

•Once an item purchased at this store has been started, assembled, or broken by purchaser, CONTROL HOBBY. will not warranty the item, all warranty claims are between the manufacturer and purchaser.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

CONTROL HOBBY incurs additional shipping fees as a result of refused or returned shipments, we reserve the right to deduct those amounts from the final return credit.

EXTERIOR SHIPPING CARTON DAMAGE

If a package has been damaged in shipping and it is apparent when the package arrives at
your door, please REFUSE the delivery. If you have already accepted a package, and then discover that it has been damaged, call us immediately. We'll take it from there.
Be sure to save all paperwork and packing material with the damaged goods;
do not throw anything away!; The carrier may wish to inspect it before processing the claim. Please do not return damaged-in-shipment merchandise yourself. It could jeopardize your claim

and keep you from receiving credit for the return.

LOST BOXES

If you feel a box has been lost in transit, please call with the order or invoice number and a list of
the missing items. A tracer will be initiated at that time. A claim number will be issued if the
carrier does not show delivery within 10 days of the scheduled delivery date.
Credit will be issued for the missing merchandise when we obtain the claim number from the carrier.

MISSING PARTS

Should you receive merchandise that is missing a part, please contact us.
We will ensure that you are sent the part from our stock as appropriate. In accordance with

a manufacturer’s request, we may direct the information or your call directly to the manufacturer.

DEFECTIVE RETURNS If the item you wish to return is inoperable, but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. The instructions on how to handle this type of return will vary,
since some manufacturers insist on handling defects directly (See your owners manual).
Defective merchandise may be returned to us as long as it is in new and unused condition.

Coverite, DLE Engines, Dromida, DuraTrax, Dynaflite, Estes (products of R / C), FlightPower, FlyZone, Futaba, GloBee, Great Planes, Heli-Max, Hobbico, Lanier, Muchmore, Nine Eagles,

OS motors, Phoenix Mfg model, Revell (R / C products), ST Model, Traxxas,
Super Tiger, Tactic, Tech One, Thunder Tiger, Top Flite, TrakPower and VStank /
Iwaver, and Firman Power. If you have a defect in one of these products, or have an item
that requires repair, send an email to Customerservice@magoshobbyonline.com.
There are no shipments to this address. We ask that you
do not send orders to Control Hobby Inc. Only with them. If you expect the repair costs to conform to the warranty, the purchase information will be made in most cases,

SHIPPING CONTROL HOBBY. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests from preferred senders. Once the order has been shipped, we must allow the carrier

a reasonable time to deliver. CONTROL HOBBY
and / or the operator reserve the right to request a signature for proof of delivery.
We cannot require the shipping carrier to leave a package.
The goal of CONTROL HOBBY. is to protect our customers and keep fraud to a minimum.

For some orders, we implement a commercial practice that prohibits the customer from making a change to the 'Send to' address entered. If you need to change the delivery address of a current shipment on route, please contact our Customer Service staff.
Please note that any additional charges incurred by this application are the responsibility
of the buyer. Once the package is delivered successfully, we are not responsible for theft or damage to the merchandise. When we use a forwarding company, we are not responsible
for the lost or damaged merchandise after the forwarding company you have accepted the delivery. The forwarding company must report shipping damages for a claim to be filed. We are not responsible for delays in urgent delivery orders due to weather conditions and/ or delivery attempts. No export documentation will be provided.

If you accept a package that was purchased with a fraudulent credit card, you will be in possession of the stolen merchandise. You may be responsible for any legal action or collection related to the shipment. Shipping costs are not refundable.

or refuse orders at its discretion. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discounts. International radio frequency and electric current requirements are the responsibility of the buyer. CONTROL HOBBY cannot provide CE certification documentation.
Model airplane performance claims typically apply to density altitudes under 3,000 feet above

sea level. If you will be flying your airplane above this, additional considerations such as
motor power, choice of propeller and aircraft weight should be taken into consideration
Once your package has been delivered by the delivery service, it belongs to you, meaning you are responsible for it. In the case of theft, your homeowner's insurance policy may cover you,
but it would be subject to your deductible. CONTROL HOBBY will not replace or refund an order when we have confirmation of successful delivery to the address you provided. Additional policies may exist. Policies are not limited to those on this page.
